Ensure your items are in original, resaleable condition and were purchased within the last 30 days; please note that cut-to-length lace or special order machinery may be subject to restrictions.
Gather Documentation
Locate your original sales receipt or online order confirmation to ensure a full refund to your original payment method; without a receipt, returns may be issued as store credit at the current selling price.

Visit any of our local retail store locations for an immediate exchange or refund, or contact our customer service team to initiate a mail-in return via our central warehouse.
Processing and Refund
Once your returned items are inspected and checked into our inventory, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days, excluding original shipping costs.
